Shipping rates: We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders of $75 or more. Orders below $75 are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Delivery time: Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

Lost or damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your order, please contact us at info@ferrisfitness.net within 7 days so we can investigate and make it right.
